As part of our #12DaysOfFitness campaign back in December, the team at RH Training got our heads together to come up with ways to encourage people of all ages and abilities to incorporate exercise into their daily routine, during the busy festive period.
Christmas is the most wonderful time of year, and with work and social diaries crammed with festivities, the team at Rob Horswell Training know only too well the difficult challenge of planning a good work out amongst everything else on December’s to-do list.
