Another disappointing result but beaten by the better side. The fact that Three Bridges are, were, down near the bottom of the league with us makes the result harder to take.

Very difficult writing a report on today’s game as the performance and the tactics were just not good enough. Bay were totally outclassed by a workmanlike Ashford United. If it wasn’t for some good saves from Simon Overland then the score would have been even more embarrassing.

A well worked move with Bradley Schafer forcing a save at the near post in the opening minutes of the game showed great promise for a good result but a fluke goal in the 12th minute seemed to take the confidence out of Bay for the rest of the half.
