Woking v Bromley preview

Bromley travel over to Surrey to face Woking in the National League on Saturday looking to rediscover some form going into the last five games of the season following disappointing results against Gateshead and Chester last week.

Woking go into the game desperate for points, sitting just one place above the relegation zone with 45points from 43games, only a point above Barrow who have two games in hand.

The Cards parted company with manager Anthony Limbrick last weekend, with legendary boss Geoff Chappell taking back over for the remainder of the campaign. Woking haven’t won since February 10th and on Tuesday they lost 2-1 at Maidenhead Utd conceding two goals in the last eight minutes, having taken the lead.

The Ravens remain tenth in the table with 60 points from 41 games, but have only won once since reaching the FA trophy final last month.

When the two sides met at Hayes Lane in October Bromley ran out 2-0 winners with goals from Jack Holland and Josh Rees, while Kane Ferdinand was sent off for the visitors.

Neil Smith may change things up for this game with the team looking very tired in the 3-2 loss at Chester in midweek and although the play offs now look out of touch there is a FA Trophy starting slot for the players to compete for.
