Centre back Anthony Acheampong is latest of last season’s squad to re-sign for Blue Square Bet South club Welling United for the coming season.

Acheampong has been an important member of the Wings since arriving at Park View Road in September 2010 via Cardiff City and Horsham.

He has made a number of strong athletic defensive performances and become a popular Wings player with players and fans alike.

This will be Acheampong`s third season at Park View Road.
