Valleley set for first full BSB season

Kent’s Louis Valleley will line up for his first full season in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship this year, signing for the NP Racing Kawasaki Team ahead of the opening round of the season at Circuito de Navarra in April.

Valleley made his debut in the Superbike class last season with CDH Racing, progressing from the Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship. The Maidstone-based contender achieved a best result of tenth place in a challenging opening race at Donington Park in September and is now looking to build on his experience.

Valleley said: “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to compete in the Superbike class for the full season in 2024 with NP Racing. Last year, I participated in five rounds of the superbikes and had an incredible time. I learned a lot during those rounds, and now that I have had a taste of the Superbikes, I am highly motivated to move forward from last year and have a great 2024 season.

“I am looking forward to working with Neil as he is truly dedicated to the sport and is putting in a lot of time and effort to make sure that 2024 can be the best it can possibly be! I can’t wait to get to Spain to start spinning some laps and begin the process, so that we can hit the ground running at round one.”

Team Owner Neil Pearson commented: “We are excited to welcome Louis to our team in BSB. We had worked hard behind the scenes throughout 2023 to make 2024 a promising and successful season and we are looking forward to the year ahead. The team is being built around Louis to give him the tools and confidence to fight for some point-scoring finishes in his first full season in the Superbike class. We are excited to start working together in testing to prepare for the opening round at Navarra.”
