It has been announced this morning that Kent’s Un-Limited Motorsport will sit out the 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season.

They will be looking to get back onto the grid for the 2027 season, and will continue work in the background to achieve that aim.
Their official statement, said: “This difficult decision follows the withdrawal of our title sponsorship programme, driven by the current economic climate.
“Despite exploring a number of alternative options to remain on the grid, it has unfortunately not been possible to secure the level of support required to compete at the standard the team expects.
“While we are disappointed not to be taking part this season, the team remains committed to its long-term future and will continue working behind the scenes to evaluate opportunities moving forward.
“Un-Limited Motorsport would like to thank our partners, supporters and fans for their continued encouragement and understanding.”
