Charlton confirmed on Tuesday morning that they will entertain Premier League side, Brighton, at The Valley on Tuesday 24 July. The game will kick-off at 7.45pm.
The Seagulls will be the first top-flight side to visit SE7 for a warm up game for several seasons.
Despite the game being played on a midweek evening, Brighton will bring a healthy contingent of followers.
The Addicks will be at home four days later, on Saturday 28 July, when they will again host a team from a higher ‎division. This game will be Charlton’s last before the big kick-off on 4 August.
