Simon Rudd made it three Fun Cup titles in a row last weekend in the season finale at Oulton Park.

It is a remarkable achievement considering the competitive nature of the racing series. He brings us up to date on the final race and title winning weekend of the season.

“Well, that brings down the curtain on an incredible season. Six wins, the team’s fifth Fun Cup Championship and my third championship title in a row!

“People often ask what our secret is and, quite simply, it is teamwork. Everything we achieve on and off track comes from a whole team working together, putting in the effort, supporting each other and pulling in the same direction. It’s never just about the drivers or any one individual.

“Of course, a huge part of Fun Cup is the people around the paddock who make race weekends what they are. Thanks to everyone who’s popped over for a chat, offered a hand or just generally been supportive throughout the year.

“Congratulations to the rest of the championship top three, the Masters winners and everyone who has been part of another fantastic season.

“A huge thank you to our sponsors, families, friends and everyone who follows and supports us. Your support makes it possible for us to go racing and enjoy it. You only have to look at the pictures and posts from throughout the year to see the amount of support we have around us, and it’s certainly never taken for granted.

“Let’s see what 2027 has in store for us”
