Kent Cricket have confirmed the loan signing of fast-medium seamer James Taylor for the Spitfires’ next two Rothesay County Championship matches.

The 25-year-old joins from Surrey, and is available for this week’s trip to The Seat Unique Stadium to face Gloucestershire, before taking on Durham at The County Ground, Beckenham as part of the first ever Beckenham Festival.

Kent’s Director of Cricket, Simon Cook, said: “We’re pleased to welcome James into our squad for the next two weeks.

“James provides us with greater depth and flexibility in our seam bowling ranks.”
