The players of both Folkestone Invicta and Bishop’s Stortford deserve huge credit for producing a decent competitive game in difficult conditions as a swirling wind combined with heavy squally rain and slippery underfoot conditions made it virtually impossible for either team to play how they can. 

On a chilly afternoon, the Invicta players turned in an excellent performance to win 3-2 at 2^nd placed Enfield Town and becoming the first team to win a League match at the QEII Stadium since Cray Wanderers did by the same score on Saturday 25^th January 2020, and in doing so moved up to 3^rd, two points behind ‘The Towners’ having played the same number of games.
