An Eden Park Avenue record attendance of 2,135 watched on as the 2013/14 Kent Senior Trophy and SCEFL Cup winners Beckenham Town came out with much credit and many positives despite losing 4-1 to a skilful Crystal Palace youth development squad – The crowd was such that the kick off was delayed by 20 minutes.
