The date date for the third round match with Spurs for the Gills and a return to his former club for manager Justin Edinburgh has been confirmed today. 

The Gills will head to White Hart Lane on Wednesday 21st September for this intriguing English Football League Trophy tie with kick-off at 8pm.

They booked their place in the third round with a 2-1 win over Premier League side Watford, thanks to goals from Mark Byrne and Bradley Dack who netted the winning strike.

It will be an interesting return to his former club for Edinburgh as he will want to show what he can do at a club, where he was a fans favourite and winner of this very competition.
