Snodland Town got back to winning ways with victory over Chislehurst Glebe, but it was very much a tale of two halves that daw them hold on for the win in the second half.

The first few minutes of the game were a bit frantic for both sides but then in the tenth minute Snodland took the lead when a long ball down the left found Samuel Naiwo who went into the area before passing to Charlie Sheringham who passed back to Naiwo who slotted in from five yards.
Two minutes later they nearly doubled their lead when Kane Phillip passed to Harry Hudson and from twenty yards saw his shot go just over the bar.
Snodland were now controlling the game but their final pass left a lot to be desired, in the twentieth minute Glebe nearly got an equaliser when Jamie Phillpot latched onto a bad pass and from thirty five yards seeing Justin Lee off his line saw his shot come back off the crossbar.
A minute later a long throw into the area found Joe Nelder and his flicked header went just wide, the pendulum had swung as Glebe started to create chances and in the thirty first minute a Malachi Morris free kick from thirty five yards was palmed away by Lee but straight to Nelder but from five yards his shot was pushed over the bar by Lee.
In the thirty sixth minute Snodland doubled their lead when a long ball into the area found Sheringham who passed into the path of Emmanuel Shoderu who passed the ball into the back of the net from ten yards.
It could and maybe should have been three and game over in the forty first minute when Sheringham in the area got to the by-line and his low cross found Naiwo but from five yards Nathan Edwards made a great save.
Half time arrived and both managers would have different team talks after the second goal.
The second half took a while to get going but Glebe did come out with more purpose and in the fifty ninth minute a long throw into the area was headed goal wards by Ryan Green but Lee was able to palm it away, a minute later Naiwo low cross found substitute Matt Self but his shot was saved by Edwards.
In the sixty second minute Rolex Buiti saw his twenty yard shot saved by Lee. In the seventieth minute Enoch Muwonge in the area saw his shot palmed away by Lee to Philpot but his shot went wide.
Chislehurst Glebe were now looking like the team who would score and in the eighty third minute Thibault Bould Abie saw his twenty five yard free kick palmed away by Lee and then in the eight seventh minute a long ball down the left found Philpot and he went into the area Hudson fouled him and a penalty was given, up stepped Philpot and he hit it straight into the bottom left hand corner.
Snodland were now very nervous as Chislehurst Glebe threw everything at them but to no avail as the final whistle went and the majority of the supporters were happy.
