Snetterton next for Jewiss

Heading to Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk, Kiern Jewiss is set for the fifth round of the BRDC British F3 Championship.

Aiming to recapture the form that has seen him finish in the top-five at nine of the season’s 14 races, Kiern is confident of an upturn in fortunes at the East Anglian circuit.

The scene of his maiden British F3 podium finish at last year’s event, Snetterton holds fond memories for the 18-year-old.

He also claimed a brace of second-place finishes there in the Ginetta Junior Championship and fourth place during his title-winning British F4 campaign.

Currently sixth in the British F3 standings and still in the championship battle, Kiern is looking forward to getting out on-track and returning to his front-running form.

The weekend is set to be a busy one for the Kent-based driver with four races on the schedule, highlighting the importance of a strong weekend.

Speaking ahead of the weekend, Jewiss said: “We’ve put Donington behind us and now we’re in full attack mode for Snetterton. I’ve gone well here in the past so I’ll be tapping into that as we progress through the weekend.

“With four races again, it’ll be about keeping it consistent and banking the results as they come. We should be set for a productive weekend.”
