Kent SLYDE Kings’ Grasstrack Master won yet another meeting on Saturday when he had a double triumph in the evening event put on at their Sparrington Farm track by the Ledbury Motor Cycle Club.

Shanes won all of his nine races including a memorable third to first effort to head home eventual runner up Tim Nobes in his third outing.

Shanes also won the Ray Derry Memorial Bahnrekord for the fastest ‘flying lap’ (ie from a rolling start.
