Brad Ray heads into the weekend full of confidence, as he heads to Snetterton for the next round of the British Superbike Championship.

He had excellent success in the same round in 2025, and he will be looking to repeat that again this weekend, but will have competition again from Kyle Ryde and Scott Redding.
Last time out the McCAMS Yamaha R1 rider Ray secured two well-deserved podium finishes, strengthening his 2026 title challenge to sit fourth in the standings heading into the weekend, with a 47-point gap to the lead. With three races on the horizon this weekend, there is plenty of opportunity to claw back some ground.
The 29-year-old continues to impress, and with more speed and determination than ever, he returns to the Norwich-based circuit – a happy hunting ground – ready to take the fight to his rivals.

The 2.99-mile Snetterton layout has been a fruitful venue for the title hopeful in the past, most notably delivering a standout triple victory last season. With similar ambitions this weekend, and confidence boosted by his performances at Knockhill, Ray and the team head to Norfolk firmly focused on the top step of the podium.
Speaking ahead of the weekend, Ray said: “Snetterton is a circuit I really enjoy, and I’m looking forward to getting back there with the boys at McAMS Yamaha this weekend.
“My feeling on the R1 is great at the minute, I feel comfortable in the direction we’re heading in, and have full faith that we’ll turn up as a team ready to give it everything.

“Last year’s results obviously give us some confidence heading into the round, and despite the challenges that we’ve already had to deal with so far this year, I’m confident we can make a return this weekend and have a good go at fighting at the front.
“The gap in the championship is something we’re aware of, but with three races this weekend there’s a real opportunity to make a dent in it. Knockhill showed everyone that we’ve got the pace to mix it up at the front, and that’s exactly what we’ll be aiming to do again.”
