After the epic two legged 9-7 victory over league winners Chelmsford Chieftains, the Dynamos now turn their attention to the finale of the season when they face Solent Devils over two legs on Saturday and Sunday night.

The Kent side make the trip to the South Coast on Saturday night before returning to Gillingham on Sunday evening for what should another cracking tie in front of another bumper crowd.

With silverware now in the bank, the first the Dynamos have won in the past five seasons, Parrish wants his side to put the Cup win behind them and turn their attention to winning this weekend:

“It’s been fantastic to win the Cup and it’s something we will never forget, but we will train hard and make sure we are good to go against Solent.”

“We want to win more silverware now we have won the Cup and we will be going all out this weekend to make sure we put ourselves into the semi-finals.”

“The guys will celebrate the Cup win and rightly so, but we will then switch our attention to the play-offs and we will want to finish the season on a high.”

The Dynamos will welcome back Grant Baxter into the squad having missed the Cup win through suspension and will be buoyed by the return of Billy Phillips who will ice once again.

Sunday night’s second leg at home could well be another bumper crowd and fans are encouraged to buy their tickets from the rink in advance to beat the queues with face off at 5:15pm.
