Despite not having a game this weekend, its been a busy time at Bromley over the last few days.

Following the departure of Reeco Hackett-Fairchild to Portsmouth for a record transfer fee on Monday the club signed defender Michael Chambers from Wrexham on Wednesday.

On Thursday they secured the services of young keeper Tarik Najia and followed that up with the signing of winger Corey Whitely on loan from Newport County yesterday.

Whitely moved from Ebbsfleet United to Newport County in the summer making 19 appearances for the Welsh club, scoring once. The highly rated 28 year-old started his career at Boreham Wood and has also played for  Waltham Forest, Cheshunt, Enfield Town and Dagenham & Redbridge.

The club also announced yesterday that Adam Mekki has gone out on loan to Ebbsfleet United for the rest of the season.

With Bromley’s coffers boosted by the sale of Hackett-Fairchild these are unlikely to be the last additions or movements.

Next Saturday Bromley will travel to league leaders Barrow a match live on BT Sport.
