England, featuring Holcombe’s Rohan Bhuhi, played their final two Pro League matches of the 2025 season over the weekend.

A 3-1 defeat and 4-4 draw (3-0 shootout loss) saw England finish seventh in the Pro League, after an inconsistent run of form over the London leg at Lee Valley earlier in June.
Bhuhi was involved in four of the London leg matches and one of the matches in Belgium.
Against the Netherlands in London, he scored a superb reverse stick goal having driven into the circle from the right hand side.
Sam Taylor and Matt Ramshaw were also involved in London but did not travel to Belgium.
Taylor made three appearances at Lee Valley and Ramshaw two as all three Holcombe players in the squad looked to impress for England ahead of the upcoming EuroHockey Championship in Germany this summer.
Former Holcs including Sam Ward and Phil Roper were involved throughout for England, while ex-Holcombe players Miriam Pritchard and Lottie Bingham played across the London and Germany legs of their Pro League campaign as David Ralph’s side secured safety and another season at the top table.
