MG Fest will make its debut at Brands Hatch in August, as the MG Car Club’s official national event heads to Kent for the first time.

This all-new fixture will blend thrilling motorsport action with a key social date for enthusiasts of one of Britain’s best-loved marques.

MG will be well represented on track in the MG Cockshoot Cup, featuring a wide variety of machines bearing the classic ‘Morris Garages’ emblem, as well as the MG Metro Cup for feisty hatchback racers.

Off the circuit, the venue will be filled with a vast array of MG and Rover cars of all ages courtesy of the MG Car Club, passionate individual owners, and contingents from additional MG-orientated groups.

Further entertainment will include the MGCC California Cup Autotest and Autosolo competition, plus an MG world record attempt during the parade on circuit.

Special MG Motorsport demos and displays will also feature as another highlight – with an ex-Colin McRae MG Metro 6R4 already confirmed to take part in the motorsport demonstration on-track.
