Thomas Merritt has been announced as having joined Storm Motorsport, as he looks to target success in GT racing in 2026.

The rising star in racing from Kings Hill who is already a multiple race winner and championship contender at just 16, the world of GT racing awaits for this talented and determined young driver.

Thomas has spent the past two years competing in the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship and is the reigning vice champion

Alongside his racing, he is also an instructor at Brands Hatch with SIM motorsport and also competes in sim racing in the world of e-sports. So the sky is the limit for the rising star.‍

Team Principal, Jonny Heynes commented “As the reigning BRSCC Fiesta Junior Vice Champion, Tom has already delivered impressive performances on track. He now hopes to step up to the world of GT racing with us, aiming to compete in the GT Cup Championship this season”.‍
