King joins Faversham

Faversham Town have brought in a familiar face as they try to get away from the wrong end of BOSTIK South East.

With new managers Danny Chapman and Phil Miles looking for new firepower and have begun to reshape and rebuild the squad by resigning striker Liam King.

The 21-year-old signed on Thursday evening and goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s Kent derby at Greatness Park against Sevenoaks Town.

Miles told KSN, “We’re really pleased that Liam has re-signed, and fingers crossed there will be a couple more new faces to follow Liam into the dressing room.  He’s a good reputation at this level and hopefully he will score the goals with the chances that we will create for him!”
