Kent Senior Cup place up for grabs
Kent Senior Cup place up for grabs

It’s another quiet week on Kent’s playing surfaces this week but we will find out a semi finalist in this season’s Kent Senior Cup.

On Tuesday evening, a Gilingham side will travel to face Herne Bay for a place in the last four of the Senior Cup and the Gills side is likely to include several of the Youth side that did so well to win at Blackburn Rovers in the FA Youth Cup last week.

Herne Bay will go into the tie on the back of their emphatic 4-0 derby win at Whitstable at the weekend.

In the BOSTIK Premier, Steve McKimm will be looking for his Angels to respond to Saturday’s home defeat as they travel to face Corinthian Casuals with a win taking Tonbridge back to second in the table.

In the South East division, Hythe Town will be looking for an instant response to losing their unbeaten home record to form team Horsham.

On Tuesday night, Sam Denly will be looking for that response when Greenwich Borough make the long trip to the Romney Marsh.

Finally, just the one game on Wednesday in SCEFL and it’s bottom of the table Croydon v Cray Valley PM.
