Princes Park, Dartford hosts a midweek Southern Counties East Football League Division One match when Halls AFC take on SC Thamesmead.

It hasn’t been the best of starts for Halls this season, and they are currently in penultimate place in the league table having won once, drawn twice and lost six times. Thamesmead have had a better commencement and are in fifth place having recorded five wins, two draws and just two defeats.
On Saturday, Halls were well beaten at Lordswood who went top as a result. Harvey Welford gave the hosts an early lead, however, Halls equalised shy of the half hour mark through Stephen Gbopo. The Lords went back ahead just before half time through Charlie Plummer. They then took control when Nathaniel Murray scored five minutes after the restart and Luke Kimberley, Murray with a second, and former Halls player Zack Manning added goals for a convincing win.
There was no game for the Acre on Saturday. Their last league match was two weeks ago when they visited Lydd Town and won three-nil. Andrea Carrera opened the scoring with a twentieth minute penalty, then he doubled their lead in first half stoppage time. Henry Awokere rounded off a fine performance when adding a third with twelve minutes remaining.
When Halls and Thamesmead met in Dartford last term, the match was a thriller with drama to the end. Lewis Cann and Jamie Williams gave the Acre an early two goal lead but Manning, who was Halls at the time, pulled one back from the penalty spot.
He equalised nine minutes into the second half and when Sam Bayford netted twelve minutes later it appeared that the comeback was complete. Thamesmead remained in the game, though, and Chris-Emmanuel Loko ensured a share of the points when he levelled deep into stoppage time.
