Two year old Ruby Laura Young from Rainham was diagnosed in August this year with a stage 4 extremely aggressive and rare cancer.

Her prognosis isn’t good and she is currently fighting a tumour in her stomach.

The problem with this cancer is the relapse, she has over 80% chance of relapse and she hasn’t beaten it yet, but what this means is, there is currently no treatment available in this country upon relapse at all.

This leaves her nigh on impossible to treat and she would need to go to America for treatment should this happen.

A great team of people supporting Ruby are currently fundraising through the NCCA and have raised £77,000 in just over 6 weeks but are desperate to raise the money by the end of Ruby’s treatment.

She has been through so much so far and will be spending pretty much all of January and February in hospital away from her little brother Freddy who is 5.

The local community have really come together which is a relief but obviously it’s a LOT of money and we need your help.
