Legends of Gillingham Football Club will gather for a charity quiz in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Saturday night and you can be there to join them!

The event begins at 7.30pm on Saturday evening at the Poachers Pocket pub, Walderslade Road in Chatham and fans are being invited to make up teams of 4 at just £5 per head.

Organisers are stressing that you need not worry if you can’t form a four as they can always match you up with a team.

Rounds will include Name the Celebrity, Name that Tune, plenty of General Knowledge and other themes. There will also be a specialist Gills Legends Round, to cater for their special guests that include Mark Patterson, Paul Haylock, Jason Lillis, Scott Lindsey, Danny Kedwell, Frannie Collin, Steve Lovell and Kevin Bremner.

Gills legends Andy Hessenthaler and Nicky Southall will also be making an appearance at some point in the evening.

There is no need to book, just turn up. Unfortunately due to licensing laws and the times, no under 18s will be permitted.

So why not head along, have a bit of fun, meet a Gills Legend and make a bit of money for a wonderful cause.
