Dartford are looking for a new manager after defeat in their midweek derby with Tonbridge Angels.

It was announced that joint managers Adam Flanagan and Jamie Coyle have left Princes Park by mutual consent following the clubs 3-2 defeat at Longmead.

The defeat saw the Angels leapfrog the Darts and leave them just two places and two points from bottom placed Hungerford Town.

The pair took over from Tony Burman fourteen months ago after the club missed out on the Play Offs last season. This season they have a solitary win in the club’s opening nine league games of the
season.

Following the defeat to Tonbridge, the club have seven points from their opening fixtures in the National League South.

The announcement was made on the club’s social media channels late Tuesday evening and reads: “‪We can confirm that Jamie Coyle and Adam Flanagan have left the club by mutual consent. We wish them all the best for the future and thank them for there efforts over the last 14 months.‬  Further information will be announced in due course.”

Dartford host Dorking Wanderers at Princes Park on Saturday.
