Dynamos season comes to an end

The English Ice Hockey Association (EIHA) have confirmed that all remaining fixtures in the 2019/20 season have been cancelled with immediate effect.

A statement released by the EIHA detailed that all fixtures up to and including the 31st May 2020 would be cancelled. This includes all league, cup and playoff games. As a result the Invicta Dynamos will not ice again in the 2019/20 campaign.

The EIHA will release further information in the near future regarding any tickets pre-purchased for the NIHL South Playoff weekend in Bracknell which will no longer take place.

The Invicta Dynamos are saddened that the season has come to a premature end however we are fully supportive of the league’s decision to prioritise the health and safety of all the players, staff and supporters in UK hockey.

We would like to thank our players and volunteers for their invaluable efforts throughout the 2019/20 campaign. We would also like to thank our fantastic supporters who have shown great dedication to the team both home and away.

The next few months are set to be challenging and at times like this it is important we prioritise the wellbeing of ourselves and each other. Your Invicta Dynamos will return to the ice on the other side of this outbreak and we look forward to reuniting as a family again as soon as possible. In the meantime take great care of yourselves and those around you.
