Last weekend saw William Box taking to his home circuit of Brands Hatch for the final round of the ST150 challenge as part of the historic Formula Ford Festival.

As is always the way with the Fiesta racing it was full of thrills and spills and for the Walderslade born racer, and his Tensport Performance team, it resulted in a class win and a second place as he rounded out the season in style.
Speaking after the weekend’s racing, Box said: “Overall it was a great final round of the Fiesta ST150 Challenge – at Brands Hatch. Qualifying being so close I ended up P7 with P3-8 being covered by only a tenth!

“Race one was, a very clean race battling with the cars in front; ending up P7 (P1 in Class). Race 2, was a very chaotic race to end the season, with a downpour halfway round causing multiple red flags and safety cars; an annoying race to finish in P10 (P2 in Class + Fastest Lap) when I was running P5 for the majority of the race.
“Although very fun to try wet conditions for the first time! Overall a great season racing for Tensport Performance, there has definitely been more highs than lows with the excellent reliability of the car. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey, and all my family and friends for all the support! I Hope to be on the grid next year!

“We are looking for sponsors to join us on our exciting journey into 2026. If you or anyone you know who would like to be part of these fun weekends at the best racetracks across the UK, please get in touch.”
