Kent’s Jake Dixon returns to Moto2 action this weekend as the season moves onto the French Grand Prix at Le Mans, a circuit that Dixon enjoys racing at and one he will hope sees him return to form.

Last season the Kent born rider finished in fifth place, and after a difficult start to the 2024 season, he will be looking for a return to form and fighting at the front for points and podiums.

He goes into the weekend on the back of a pretty successful test at Jerez last week where he was actually the quickest Moto2 rider in the last session of the day, setting a track record.  

He completed and impressive 65 laps during the test and tried out several different settings and modifications as he looked to get his feeling back on the

Speaking ahead of the weekend, Dixon said: “Le Mans is a track that I love, I achieved great results there in the past.

“I arrive with a lot of confidence after the Jerez test. I hope everything will start to go better from now and I am sure we are going to achieve it.”
