Although a match that may be more suited to the August Bank Holiday weekend, Dartford host Welling United at the Bericote Powerhouse Princes Park in an Isthmian League Premier Division local derby one week earlier.

Coming into the game, Dartford boast a hundred percent record after three games while the Wings have won two and lost one.
Last Saturday, Ben Greenhalgh’s Darts scored late to claim all three points at Maldon and Tiptree. Max Fiddes put them ahead in the eleventh minute, however Samuel Adeyeye levelled on the half hour after the visitors had missed opportunities to double their lead. Clear cut chances were few and far between in the second period but Dartford scored the winner with five minutes remaining when Ben Swift headed home from Greenhalgh’s corner.
Meanwhile, Welling bounced back from a disappointing defeat at Leatherhead by beating Stanway Rovers four-nil. They took a one goal lead into the break scored by Demaray Anyadike and strikes by Nahum Melvin-Lambert and Ade Azeez, either side of a second by Anyadike, eased them to a comfortable victory.
When the two teams met at Princes Park last season, the Darts extended their unbeaten home league record against Welling to ten matches. Ruben Shakpoke put the visitors ahead in the third minute but two goals in two minutes by Eddie Dsane just after half time put Dartford in control. Olly Box added a third with eleven minutes remaining and they saw the match out without further ado.
