D-Day looms for Kent clubs
D-Day looms for Kent clubs

This weekend we reach the last day of the regular season for most of Kent’s non league clubs and we will be there.

Bromley v Weston-Super-Mare Vanarama Conference South 18/04/2015.

I’m delighted to announce that we will be THE only place to keep right up to date with ALL the matters affecting games that Kent clubs are involved in…

We’re with The Gills and their last away game of the season at Scunthorpe United courtesy of Eddie Allcorn…

Paul Parkinson will be at The Gallagher Stadium to see Maidstone United win the Ryman Premier League against East Thurrock United.

We’re hoping also to have coverage of VCD Athletic’s last day survival bid when they face Billericay.

In the Ryman South, we’ll focus on the Kent battle for second as Folkestone Invicta host Burgess Hill (with Sammy Brough / Mick Cork) and Faversham Town host Walton Casuals with Darrell Harman watching on knowing a point for Folkestone will guarantee second place.

Meantime, Jason Button will head for Thanet to see if Ramsgate can stay out of the bottom three with a win over Corinthian Casuals at Southwood. If the Rams do lose, they’ll be looking for a massive favour from the Belmont where Whitstable Town host an East Grinstead side knowing it’s an away win or relegation – we’ll have a report there too.

Over in Ryman North, Lewis Martin and I will have our abacuses out to decide the title as Lewis watches Chatham Town play Needham Market and I’ll be at Harlow for their game with Thamesmead. Sadly neither of the Kent sides are involved in the silverware battle, but with Needham one point ahead of Harlow at the top, there’s still so much to play for…

Finally in Conference South, Colin Head will be with Bromley’s Championship party at Gosport Borough, whilst last but by no means least, Mark Young will be with Ebbsfleet United reflecting on where things went wrong as they face Bishop’s Stortford at Stonebridge Road.

And then if all that wasn’t enough, to cap it all off Mark Doig will be covering Welling United’s fight for survival in their final game of the season against Southport at 5:15pm

And then the fun starts with the Play Offs on Tuesday with both Faversham Town and Folkestone Invicta at home.
