Kent Crusaders cruised past Killamarsh Derbyshire Arrows on Saturday afternoon with a 107-58 win at Brompton Academy.

RJ Eytle-Rock led Kent with 21 points, whilst John and Tim Shodipo added 16 and 15 points respectively.

Crusaders asserted their dominance early, holding a 14 point lead by the end of the opening period and extending that to 21 by halftime. In the second half Crusaders kept pouring it on, rolling to an eventual 49 point victory for their second consecutive win and biggest winning margin of the league season.

“I thought it was a really good physical effort from our guys today,” said Head Coach Lloyd Gardner.

“Our defensive effort was one of the best we have had this season and that was pleasing because it was something we have been talking about and working on during the week.”

Joseph Baugh led Arrows with 13 points.

Crusaders return to action on Sunday with another double header weekend, as they face Thames Valley Cavaliers in the Patrons Cup semi-finals at Uxbridge College at 6pm.
