Cray Wanderers v AFC Sudbury preview

The top two teams in the Ryman League Division One North face each other at Hayes Lane on Tuesday night as leaders Cray Wanderers entertain second placed AFC Sudbury.

Bromley v Cambridge United Pre-season Friendly 25/07/2015.

Both sides won home games again at the weekend with The Wands defeating Wroxham 3-1 and Sudbury getting the better of Phoenix Sports with the only goal of the game.

The Wands were without their impressive right back Ade Osifuwa on Saturday, but Assistant Manager Ray Powell deputised, playing in an unfamiliar position and the team put on a patient display of passing football that eventually produced three well taken goals with Michael Feiter and Aryan Tajbakhsh pulling the strings in midfield.

They will need to be at their best again on Tuesday with their well supported visitors from Suffolk looking to close the gap.

Cray lead by six points with 57 points from 25 games, but Sudbury have two games in hand and both sides come in to the game on the back of five consecutive wins in the league setting up what should be a fascinating, close fought encounter.
