Cray Wanderers began their pre-season campaign with a 3-1 win over Beckenham Town at Flamingo Park last Saturday as manager Tim O’Shea prepares his squad for the new Isthmian League Premier Division campaign.
The Wands have brought in some new faces over the summer, including strikers Ashley Nzala & Alex Hernandez, who both scored against Beckenham, keeper Harry Seaden, midfielders Luke Allen, Nodirbek Bobomurodo & Tryrese Briscoe scorer of the third goal on Saturday.
There were also four trialists in the squad for the Beckenham game as O’Shea continues to assemble his team, having taken the managerial role on a permanent basis at the end of last season.
Frankie Raymond, Joshua Williams, Remi Sutton, Tom Bonner, Quade Taylor & Lateef Adaja all remain at the club from last season, along with a number of players from the Under 23 & 18 sides.
Cray Wands take on a Crystal Palace XI at home on Saturday and follow that up with a Friday night game at Flamingo Park against a Bromley XI on 18th July.
