Two teams affiliated to the Kent FA meet when Cray Valley PM entertain Faversham Town in the Isthmian League South East division.

While the Millers have made an indifferent start to the season, and are currently in sixteenth place with ten points from ten matches, Faversham are looking strong. They are in sixth place in the table with fifteen points from nine games, six points behind leaders South Park (Reigate) having played one game fewer.
On Saturday, Cray Valley stumbled to a home defeat against Peacehaven and Telscombe. Chris Dickson put them ahead in the twenty-first minute and they looked good until conceding an equaliser with eleven minutes remaining. Two more goals for the visitors in the next seven minutes stunned them and Marvel Ekpiteta’s goal in stoppage time proved to be too little too late.
Meanwhile, Faversham hosted South Park and found themselves one down at half time, and further behind five minutes after the restart. Substitute Eniye Amgbaduba pulled one back just shy of the hour mark and they rescued a point six minutes into stoppage time when Tommy Fagg scored from the penalty spot.
As Cray and Faversham have been playing in different leagues, this will be their first meeting in Eltham since November 2022. On that evening the hosts won convincingly, five-nil. Antone Douglas scored in the sixth minute and Ade Adeyemo added a second eight minutes later.
In the sixth minute of the second period, Barney Williams made it three before Adeyemo was again on target seven minutes after. He completed his hat-trick with nine minutes remaining.
