Countdown to Milan begins for SEFA

The countdown to Soccer Elite FA’s tour to Milan is well and truly on with just 100 days until they head to the Italian city.Milan

On April 17th over 100 Soccer Elite FA players from Under 9 to Under 18 will head to the Accademia Calcio FC (affiliated to Internazionale) training complex to play in the Milano Football Festival and take on teams from Europe and beyond.

The complex is home to numerous top quality synthetic and grass pitches, both indoors and out, giving their players the perfect platform to exhibit their development against young players from across the world.

Once the days’ footballer is over, they will be able to relax and socialise with family and friends at the luxurious four star Expo Fiera Hotel in the city.

As well as taking part in the three day tournament, players have the opportunity to take in the magnificent San Siro matchday atmosphere, with tickets for the game between AC Milan and Livorno being snapped up by numerous members of the SEFA party.

Speaking ahead of the trip, tour co-organiser Lee Spiller said: “The buzz for the tour is really beginning to build, and with just 100 days until we set off, the excitement among our players and their families is sure to continue to grow over the coming weeks and months.”

“Myself and Tony Browne are currently in the process of finalising the squads for the tour and we will bring you news on this and dates of ‘squad training’ and pre-tour fixtures as soon as everything is confirmed.”

“Our top class international tours form a vital part of the Soccer Elite FA experience, and with us travelling to Milan – one of the world’s greatest football cities – with a renewed focus on the football itself, I am sure this is going to be the best tour we have been on yet.”

Soccer Elite FA’s tour to Milan will be covered extensively by their media team, with regular articles, guest coach blogs, videos and photos planned throughout the four days.
