Current Bennetts British Superbike Championship title contender Jake Dixon has announced that he will be moving to join the Moto2 grid for the 2019 season.
Dover’s Dixon who has spent the last two seasons onboard the RAF Regular & Reserves Kawasaki in the BSB, propelling himself into a real title contender this season, running current leader Leon Haslam close with two full rounds of the season to go.
He will ride for the Ángel Nieto Team on their return to the Moto2 class in 2019. Dixon,will make his full debut as a World Championship rider on board a KTM.
