It was an early goal which separated the teams with Canterbury’s Dean Grant flicking the ball on to Kane Phillips who took on the Glebe defence with a 50 yard run and finished it with a goal.
The game started to heat up after the goal and not long after Glebe’s Fitzgerald was shown at straight red for a horrible foul.
The rest of the game was calmly in the favour of Canterbury who has multiple chances for the rest of the game with a disallowed goal in the final 10 minutes with Dean Grant who was offside.
A confident win for Canterbury in the end.
