Bromley take on Hayes & Yeading Utd at Hayes Lane on Saturday looking to keep the pressure up on leaders Boreham Wood and fend off the chasing pack in the Conference South title race.

Five of The Ravens six league defeats have come at home this season, but Mark Goldberg’s men will be hoping to build on the last home game which saw a 2-0 win over Havant and last week’s 6-0 victory at Staines.

With a near fully fit squad, Mitchell Pinnock has joined Tonbridge Angels on loan while Pierre Joseph-Dubois remains on the injury list.

Bradley Goldberg has rediscovered his scoring touch on his return to Bromley and fellow new strike partner Ben May also found the net last week.

With competition for places in midfield and a more solid looking defence there are a lot of grounds for optimism among the Bromley fans as we head towards Spring.

Hayes & Yeading, managed by former Ireland and Liverpool defender Phil Babb, come to Bromley battling relegation.

In their third season away from their home town and currently ground sharing at Maidenhead they have been faced with increasing financial problems, which has seen renovation work on Yeading’s old ground halted and pressure on the playing budget.

Back in November Bromley won 2-1 at York Road in a tight match, again this time both sides will be desperate for the points and it should be another hard fought battle on the well trodden Hayes Lane turf.
