After a weekend off Bromley are back in League Two action on Tuesday night when they take on Crawley Town at Hayes Lane.

Bromley go into the game sitting in fifth with 30 points from 18 games, two points off the top three. In their last match ten days ago, The Ravens lost 3-1 away to league leaders Walsall, Ben Krauhaus putting Bromley in front before The Saddlers battled back to take the three points.
The defeat ended a winning run of four league games for Andy Woodman’s side, which took them up to third.
Crawley, who also had the weekend off due to an early exit from the FA Cup, make the journey up from Sussex sitting in nineteenth with 17 points from 18 league games, only one point off the bottom two.
Last time out they lost 4-3 at Salford City, Jay Williams scoring twice and former Bromley player Harry Forster with the other before they conceded a late goal to The Ammies.
Along with Forster, The Red Devils also have former Raven Harry McKirdy in their ranks and their Assistant Manager is Neil Smith who was Bromley Manager from 2016 to 2021, also serving as Assistant Manager prior to that.
It was Smith who brought icons Michael Cheek and Byron Webster to the Hayes Lane club. Manager Scott Lindsay brought Smith to Crawley in March of this year when he took the job for the second time.
Crawley made their way up from Non League football to become an established EFL team just under a decade earlier than Bromley and were relegated from League One last season.
The last time the clubs met was in the FA Trophy in December 2007, Town winning 1-0 at Broadfield Stadium in front of 667 fans, Magno Vieira with the second half goal. Having come up through The Southern League and Isthmian League respectively meeting over the years were only in cup games or for pre-season friendlies.
This game looks set to be an intriguing encounter with familiar faces returning and two teams looking for points at either end of the table heading into the busy festive period.
Tickets are available from the Bromley FC official website and the game is also live on Sky Plus. Kick off is at 7:45pm
