Bromley set for busy summer

Bromley have added some new faces over the close season as they prepare for their second season in the EFL, with manager Andy Woodman signing midfielders Mitchell Pinnock and Will Hondermarck both from Northampton Town, along with defender Kyle Cameron from Notts County.

The only recent departure being Lewis Leigh who was been released by the club after a loan spell away last season.

Social media speculation about Michael Cheek looking for a move seems to have died down for now, much to the relief of the Bromley fans, the 33 year old striker will be vital to the club having a strong second season in League Two.

Fellow striker Marcus Dinanga is back in full training after a long period out injured and he will be hoping to make a case for selection in the friendlies when the season starts away at Shrewsbury Town on 2nd August and Nicke Kabamba finished the last campaign with goals in the final two matches as he found his feet after the January move to the club from Barnet to give more options up front.

Having had to cancel their opening friendly against Sutton Utd, The Ravens finally get started when they take on a Tottenham Hotspur XI next Tuesday night at Hayes Lane, before they head off to Portugal to play League One sides Rotherham Utd & Lincoln City in a pre-season training camp on the Algarve.

Once they return home there are games with Chelsea & Crystal Palace before the big kick off away to Shrewsbury Town in League Two.
