Bromley game postponed

Bromley’s National League game away to Altrincham scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed due to Covid 19 cases among the Alty playing staff.

It’s the second game The Ravens have had cancelled following their opening league match away to Macclesfield Town being called off after the Cheshire side folded.

Having played just three of the five scheduled games so far Neil Smith’s side have one win, a draw and one defeat to their record.

The latest performance saw Bromley pick up a point away at league leaders Hartlepool Utd on Tuesday night, thanks to a backs to the wall display and some superb goalkeeping from Mark Cousins.

The game was live streamed back to the bar at Hayes Lane where fans could watch in groups of six at socially distanced tables.

The Ravens will now have to wait until Thursday afternoon’s FA Cup draw to see who they face in their next game on 24th October.
