Addicks to face Palace in friendly

Journalist, Matt Law, has revealed that the Addicks will play Crystal Palace in a warm-up game.

Clubs will probably be looking to play two or three friendly games to sharpen them up before the season resumes later in the month.

It will be the first time the two sides have met since the Carabao Cup clash at Selhurst Park ‎in September 2015.

No date or venue has yet been announced for the fixture. Clubs can start playing warm-up games from today.

One thing that may be different to normal pre-season friendlies is with only nine games left to play, clubs may opt to play teams from their own division.

The EFL released details of coverage of the remaining Championship games on Friday.

Season ticket holders will be able to watch all their clubs’ remaining matches – home and away – free of charge via their clubs’ streaming service.

Non-season ticket holders can purchase individual games for £10.

Additionally, Sky will transmit 30 of the remaining 108 games live. Sky will also’ as usual,  show all play-off games from the Championship, League One and League Two.
