Addicks looking for replacement
The winter transfer window closes at 11.00pm on Thursday evening.

The last day of‎ the window is always a frantic affair, with deals being done right up until the final minute.
There is no emergency‎ window these days, so clubs have to rely on the squads they have assembled for the rest of the season.
It looks likely to be a busy day at The Valley, with both arrivals and departures expected.
With Lyle Taylor suspended for the next two games, Karlan Grant having completed his move to Huddersfield, and Nicky Ajose on loan at Mansfield for the rest of the season, Charlton are thin on the ground for strikers for Saturday’s game at Fleetwood.
Grant’s anticipated move to Huddersfield was finally confirmed on Wednesday morning, for the now normal ‘undisclosed fee’.
Here are Lee Bowyer’s thoughts on his departing striker:
“Karlan has worked hard to improve, not just with the goals he’s scored – he’s provided goals and worked hard off out of possession. It’s a shame to lose him.
“He’s a young player with drive and wants to be the best he can be and play at the highest level possible.
“I spoke to Karlan and I wished him all the best. I thanked him for his efforts, for his professionalism.
“He’s been very good. He’s wanted to learn and he has learnt. Now he’s gone on to do what every kid wants to do and that is play in the Premier League.”
One or two of Jason Euell’s‎ development squad may go out on loan before the deadline, and it would be no surprise if Billy Clarke secured a move back to a northern club.
But it is the arrivals that will be of most interest to Addicks fans. Ideally, Bowyer would like to bring in two front men.
The currently suspended Taylor is the only fit, experienced striker  Bowyer has at present.
Igor Vetokele played the first 45 minutes of Charlton’s U-23 game with Crystal Palace at The Valley on Monday, but the Angolan international is still some way short of full match fitness.
It will be a fascinating day, and Addicks fans may be biting their finger nails right up until the 11.00pm deadline.
