Tricky weekend for Un-Limited Motorsport
Tricky weekend for Un-Limited Motorsport

Kent’s Un-Limited Motorsport had a tricky weekend in the latest round of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship from Thruxton last weekend.

Dexter Patterson was the only driver to come away with any points, and that was just one solitary one from race two on Sunday.

In the opening race of the weekend, having qualified in 12th place for race one Patterson was off to a good start and up to 11th on lap one, before he started to drop down the order, and crossed the line in 20th place having had a battle with Gordon Sheddon in the closing laps.

Max Hall who started in 18th place, but he didn’t make it round the first lap after an incident with Sam Osbourne in the opening race of the weekend.

Nic Hamilton unfortunately had to retire from race one with three laps of the race remaining.

Dexter Patterson came close to points in the second race of the weekend. Finishing just outside the points in 16th place.

Hamilton also had a strong race and brought home his Cupra Leon in 19th place.

Max Hall was unfortunately a non-starter for race two following his crash in the opening race of the day.

As a result of a penalty for Max Cook who failed the technical checks. Patterson moved up to 15th place, taking a point. Hamilton moved up to 18th.

With Hall again a non-starter for the final race of the weekend, both Patterson and Hamilton were looking for strong ends to the weekend.
Patterson starting from 15th place was going to make strides forward. He was swallowed up by those behind him. Finishing a place ahead of Hamilton in 17th.
