Another week. Another impressive arrival for Nick Davis’ Rams.

Following in the footsteps of his former Margate teammate Liam Friend, Tom Wynter has crossed Thanet to join up with The Rams as Nick Davis continues to rebuild his side.

The versatile defender has plenty of experience at a higher level of football with both Dartford and Dover and represents yet another coup for Ramsgate as they attempt to build a promotion challenging squad.

Wynter was keen to echo these thoughts telling the Ramsgate official website:

“I’m really looking forward to getting out there and playing again, I can’t wait to get started,” Tom said.

“After speaking to Nick, I really wanted to be part of their ambitions for the season,”

“The side he is putting together is matching my own ambitions and also what we discussed,”

Ramsgate fans will be able to catch the new-look Rams in their first pre-season friendly against Tunbridge Wells (at Abbey School, Faversham) on 6th July, 1pm kick off.
