VCD Athletic manager Keith McMahon has completed the signing of right back, Mathias Bakare.

The 20 year old 6’ 3” speedy defender can also play in midfield and has joined from Ryman 1 North club Aveley FC .

Meanwhile, VCD Athletic are advertising a vacancy for club secretary following the retirement of Chris Dudley.

This role would be voluntary but offers the opportunity for someone who has ambitions to progress in the administration side of non league football.

The successful applicant would receive mentoring and assistance from the outgoing secretary for a season. Also the Ryman League management have offered some assistance at their offices in Dartford.
