Solihull Moors v Bromley preview

Despite the focus understandably being on the FA Trophy Semi Final, Bromley have the small matter of a trip to Solihull Moors for a National League fixture on Tuesday night to deal with before the second leg.

The Ravens make the trip up to the midlands on the back of a 3-2 semi final first leg win over Gateshead on Saturday, their third consecutive win and fifth game unbeaten.

Neil Smith’s side have only lost three times in all competitions this year, which sees them currently sitting in tenth place with 55 points from 35 games.

Solihull are twenty first in the table, having picked up 36 points from 37 matches. They drew 1-1 with fellow strugglers Torquay Utd on Saturday and also drew 2-2 at Gateshead the previous Tuesday.

Moors have also only lost three games this year as they slowly edge away from the relegation places under manager Mark Yates.

When the two sides met at Hayes Lane in September The Ravens won 1-0 thanks to a late goal from George Porter and this looks to be another tight contest with Moors in need to points to avoid relegation and Bromley still with half a shout of the play offs Neil Smith has not indicated that any players will be rested.
