Players battling for their futures
Jason Pearce revealed in an interview with the South London Press that the players will be playing for their futures in the remaining seven games of the season.

The Hillingdon born defender is in contention to return to the side at Peterborough on Saturday after nearly four months on the sidelines.
Pearce was one of Russell Slade’s major signings in the summer, after leading Wigan to the 2015/16 League One title.
When Robinson considers his options for next season, Pearce will be high on his list as a possible skipper. Here is what he said to the SLP:
“We know as players that we are all playing for our futures, the gaffer is now looking towards next season and to see which players he wants in his team and squad.
“The lads have got to pull their fingers out and make sure they are doing well enough to be in his plans. I’m sure he has got a good idea about who he wants to keep, get rid of and bring in.
“I don’t think there needs to be wholesale changes. There has been a lot of change at the club, even from when I came in.
“The gaffer has identified areas he needs to strengthen in – I’m sure a few will leave in the summer. He was renowned for a certain playing style at Milton Keynes and he will want to move towards that.
“You never know what can happen in football, what is around the corner, but I’ve always just wanted to play football – the only time I’ve ever moved on has been when I haven’t been playing.
“I signed here on a three-year deal and I’d love to stay here for that – and longer.
“I’m settled with my family and I like the club, it is a massive club that does want to go forward and get back into the Championship.
“It’s going to take time but I’d love to be a focal part of it.”
A young Charlton side exited the Kent Senior Cup at Welling on Tuesday evening, losing 2-0 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
Chris Millar gave the Addicks the lead on the stroke of half-tme. Brandon Hanlan’s effort was saved, but Millar was on hand to volley home the rebound.
Welling eaualised 15 minutes from time, and the game went straight to penalties after 90 minutes.
Geoge Lapslie and Hanlan had their spot-kicks saved, while Millar and Louis-Michel Yamfam were wide of the mark with their efforts.
Dillon Phillips pulled off one save, but two conversions were enough to send the Wings through to face Dover in the final.
